Smashify is a table tennis leaderboard application that allows users to track matches, view rankings, and analyze their performance statistics.

Acceptable Use

Match Data and Content

By recording matches on Smashify, you understand that:

• Match results and statistics are visible to other users
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you submit
• We reserve the right to remove inaccurate or fraudulent data

Intellectual Property

The Smashify application, including its design, code, and features, is owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Smashify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in match data.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to the service or other users.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Smashify after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
